Overview
​
Cory is the founding President of T. C. Lewis & Co. - guiding the firm from inception to being named by Inc. magazine to #128 on its list of the Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America (#7 in Real Estate) and highlighted in Financial Times as one of The America's Fastest Growing Companies, coming in at #36, alongside publicly traded powerhouses Tesla, Uber, Netflix, and PayPal. He also serves as a Partner in TopCat Markets, Inc. convenience stores, a founding Partner in TC's Pro Hardware & Outfitter Company, Chief Investment Officer of Lewis Oil Company, Inc, and host of Entrepreneurs Anonymous podcast.
Prior to founding T. C. Lewis & Co., Cory had an eclectic background of work, including serving as the AD for the Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training and Florida Operations. He also had stints working as a line cook, at a marina, at gas stations, and mall retail.
Cory is also founder of the Northeast Tennessee Green Building Council, Co-founder of the Young Professionals Tri-Cities (YPTri) non-profit organization, distinguished member of the International High IQ Society, and serves on numerous boards and committees (both professionally and community-related) throughout the Appalachian region.
Cory holds a BBA, an MBA, and real estate broker licensing in multiple states. He has been published in numerous business and industry-related publications locally, regionally, and nationally. And he has received a number of awards including Builder of the Year, named one of the 10 best brokers in Tennessee, named to Business Journal magazine's Top 40 Under Forty, Distinguished Alumni, Community Supporter of the Year, multiple Builder/Architect magazine cover-stories, named Mountain South magazine Sexy Successful Single, Tennessee Small Business Excellence Award, etc.
