This project has been very unique in that we were able to transform multiple streets, city blocks, and sometimes entire neighborhoods.
Single-family homes were acquired all around the downtown district of the resurging downtown district of Johnson City, Tennessee. These homes were all mostly bungalows and cottages from the early 1900s and were in need of substantial deferred maintenance work, modernization, remodeling, and restoration.

Each design was unique to the property, but the continuity allows for most to see which properties were part of the project if driving down one of the streets. This was intentional for standardization of flooring, paint, and fixture use, as the client is holding the properties for rent. They will need long-term maintenance, and our standardizations will help minimize that burden with tenant turnover.
